| There are no formal prerequisites for this course, however it is assumed that participants have had some exposure to project work at any level. |

| In this 1 day program, participants will gain the knowledge and skills to allow them to manage projects including the development of a project plan, administering and monitoring the project, finalising the project and reviewing the project to identify lessons learnt for application to future projects. |
