HTML - Introduction
This course aims to introduce participants to the basic elements of HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), the formatting language that underlies all sites on the World Wide Web.

Prerequisites:
It is assumed that participants have basic computer and Internet skills and some familiarity with a “windows” type environment. No previous programming experience is required.
 
Description:
This course aims to introduce participants to the basic elements of HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), the formatting language that underlies all sites on the World Wide Web. Despite the growing number of WYSIWYG (What You See is What You Get) html editors now available, the ability to write and edit HTML is still considered to be a necessity for those considering web authoring as a career.
