General Course Information In this 2 day program, participants will gain the knowledge and skills to allow them to understand and to utilise the more advanced features in Access.
You will learn to Ø Create Action Queries and Use Query Wizards Ø Import and export data Ø Compact a database Ø Manipulate form controls and set the tab order Ø Use reports in Design View, create a calculated control and group data in a report Ø Create and edit subforms and subreports Ø Create a Pivot Table or Pivot Chart Ø Work with single and multiple field indexes Ø Replicate databases Ø Create and use Macros Ø Create and use Switchboards Ø Create custom toolbars
What skills you need A sound working knowledge of the topics covered in the Access Introduction course is assumed. Attendees should be able to work with tables and simple forms.
