General Course Information In this 2 day program, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of database design and conventions and will be provided with the skills to use Microsoft Access effectively.
You will learn to Ø Use databases and database objects Ø Create and work with tables Ø Set field properties Ø Understand the concept of Normalisation Ø Create relationships Ø Analyse a Table Ø Find, filter and sort records in a database Ø Create Queries to analyse and view data Ø Create basic forms and reports Ø Use the design view
What skills you need No prior knowledge of Microsoft Access is assumed, however
those attending this course should be competent in the use of the keyboard,
