General Course Information In this one day practical workshop, participants will be shown how to work effectively within Outlook by applying the principles of time management. They will also learn high-value tips that save time and effort.
You will learn to Ø Set up your Inbox and Tasks folders to work towards better performance at your job
Ø Use folders, rules and email options to effectively control incoming mail
Ø Create email templates
Ø Quickly arrange and co-ordinate meetings
Ø Set up reminder systems that work
Ø Use Outlook to improve communication rather than just receive it.
What skills you need You will need a working knowledge of Outlook fundamentals i.e. sending messages, as well as creating simple appointments, tasks and contacts.
