General Course Information

In this 1 day program, you will gain the knowledge and skills to allow you to produce sophisticated presentations that incorporate multimedia, animated graphs and text items, soundtracks.  You’ll also learn how to package presentations for CD and Web distribution.

 

You will learn to

Ø  Customise multiple Slide Masters, Colour Schemes and Backgrounds

Ø  Customise edit Notes and Handout Masters

Ø  Format graphs, diagrams and flowcharts

Ø  Animate graphs, text and objects

Ø  Add sound and video

Ø  Configure a “kiosk” slide show for interactive viewing

Ø  Create multi-path presentations

Ø  Use collaboration tools for tracking and merging changes

Ø  Package presentations for CD and the Web

 

What skills you need

The ability to create basic presentations including adding charts and inserting graphics.  You’ll also know how to format the Slide Master and apply basic formatting commands.
