General Course Information In this 1-day program, participants will gain the knowledge and skills to allow them to create newsletters, brochures and business forms using Publisher.
You will learn to Ø Create a new publication using the Task Pane and Wizard Ø Navigate pages Ø Insert and edit personal information Ø Change the design and colour scheme Ø Format text, modify line spacing and alignment Ø Work with bulleted and numbered lists Ø Check the spelling of a publication Ø Add text to text box Ø Insert pictures and clipart into your publication Ø Print or send a publication by email Ø Work with the master page Ø Create and modify tables Ø Use Mail Merge within Publisher
What skills you need No prior knowledge of Publisher is required. Experience working in the Windows environment and using the mouse is essential.
