General Course Information

This course will allow participants to open up communication channels and build rapport with others to create a climate in which they can assert their influence or negotiate to produce a desirable result.

9:00am-4:30pm

You will learn to:

Ø                   The importance of using a variety of influencing behaviours to achieve desired outcomes

Ø                   How to recognise and align the values of others to reach a win/win agreement

Ø                   Skills necessary to communicate as a negotiator

Ø                   How to achieve desirable outcomes by leading negotiations assertively

Ø                   Methods of dealing effectively with conflict situations.

 

Who needs to come:

This course will interest people who wish to build their communication skills and assert a more positive influence on their peers, managers and customers.

 

What skills you need:

There are no formal prerequisites for this course.
