General Course Information This course provides the skills necessary for using mail merge functions within Microsoft Word.
You will learn to Ø Create and merge standard letters and mailing lists Ø Create mailing labels Ø Filter your lists for mail merge
What skills you need You will need to have a good working knowledge of document creation and formatting in Microsoft Word, to the level covered in the Word Introduction course. A basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook would be required if you wish to use these programs also for sourcing your data
